You distract yourself with your phone, with other peoples problems, anything to keep you away from being with yourself, because you are running from something that lives deep inside of you (it’s your life force, the enormity of your heart + your power you are running from, woman).

You feel disconnected from your body, from Source and in that find yourself spiralling into despair, struggle and suffering because you are severed from the portal of the body which is the literal portal to the Divine, your Power, your Medicine.

You spend all your days complaining because it keeps you in a state of false safety over feeling the thing that is calling you to truly open yourself to life.

You numb out daily, so you don’t have to feel the depths of your inner world,

You use humour, deflection + fake positivity to cover up the grief of how out of sync you are with life,

You force yourself to Keep Calm + Carry On and it is suffocating you,
