Agreement, Terms & Policies

Please note upon agreeing to sign up to any service or event these agreements, policies + terms apply.

Booking information:

  1. Upon booking any session whether 121, group, in person or online you are aware that the booking is non transferable and non refundable.

  2. Upon booking you have taken the time to understand what it is you have signed up for + any contraindications that the service may have in regards to your own health.

  3. You will receive a confirmation of your session booking within 1 working day of booking dependent on what it is you have signed up for.

  4. For 121 services you can change your session time + date upto 48 hours prior to the initial session booking, anything less than 48 hours, your session booking is lost.

  5. No shows will forfeit the session.

  6. You, the client are responsible for ensuring you arrive on time for your session, whether that be a group session online, in person or 121 session, timely communication is required if you are late. Jasmin has the right to forfeit your session if you do not honour this.

Payment Policy:

Payment is required on any session to confirm the session, your session is not confirmed until payment and/or deposit has been made.

Payment plans on certain services are available upon request of Jasmin Chew, if you require this option please get in touch here.

Refund Policy:

If you, the Client decide to cancel your space on any session whether that be a group session or a 121 session, the session cannot be refunded or transferred to another service.

Cancellation Policy:

121 Mentoring Services + Online Group Mentoring Services:
If you wish to cancel your agreement there is a 1 month notice period that is required this is to ensure that the mentoring space has been closed off fully, in the event of advanced payments i.e payment in full or a recurring payment plan, this fee is non refundable, however the unused session fee amount may be used on another service within 12 months of cancellation.
You will continue to have access to any course materials from our time together, they are yours to keep.
Jasmin has the right to cancel a contract and/or session due to disrespectful behaviour, the above policy also applies unless violent or unsafe behaviour is conducted in which Jasmin has the right to terminate the contract with no notice period and remove all rights to course materials.

VESSEL Membership Services:
Your first 6 months are your minimum term, this cannot be cancelled, after the 6 months you will move to a rolling monthly contract.
After your 6 months minimum term is up you are welcome to stay in the membership as long as feels true, to leave the membership you are required to give 30 days written notice via email: info@jasmin-chew.co.uk
Please be aware that your membership cannot be paused.
Please be aware that your payment is non refundable & non transferable.
Upon leaving VESSEL you will lose access to all course materials but they can be brought for a one off fee if you wish to keep them please email info@jasmin-chew.co.uk to request this option.
Jasmin has the right to cancel a membership contract due to disrespectful + harmful behaviour.

In person events:
If you, the Client decide to cancel your space on any in person event the session cannot be refunded or transferred to another service. Jasmin has the right to ask anyone who is acting disrespectful, dangerous or unsafe to leave any event they are in attendance at with no refund.

Behaviour at In Person Events:
Please be aware that you are responsible for yourself and how you conduct yourself in any space and/or session with Jasmin, these are spaces of awakening and transformation where wounds + traumas come to light, this can activate the parts of us that are hurting, Jasmin is not responsible for rescuing you and does not tolerate disrespectful behaviour in any of her spaces, Jasmin will offer one verbal warning + then ask you to leave/cancel a session if the behaviour continues on. This applies to how you relate to Jasmin, others within the session + yourself.

Medical Concerns:

Please contact us prior to your arrival with any dietary requirements and medical details you wish to declare. Please note that Jasmin Chew cannot and will not diagnose any ailments, if you have any health concerns prior to our sessions please contact your GP or Physical Therapist.

Unexpected Circumstances that are out of Jasmin Chew’s Control:

Jasmin Chew is not liable under the circumstances of Natural Disaster, War, Pandemic, Failure by the Venue or other situation that is out of Jasmin Chews’ control. Refunds will not be available. Jasmin Chew will do their best to sort alternative arrangements for in person events depending on the scale of the situation. Transfers of fees to other services may be transferred on a case by case basis.
