This is a 4 month experience.
A month before we gather for our 4 day retreat we will have 2 60 minute calls to prepare you for our time in person, we will get clear on the intention + vision for your retreat and prepare your vessel for what we are going to working with.
We will then spend the retreat immersed
After the retreat, which serves as an opening, the focus is on ensuring that the work we have cultivated during our time together integrates into your life, so that you experiences the changes you’ve activated on the retreat out in your day to day, so that how you move through life is different than before the retreat.

£1000 non refundable deposit is required to secure your space, the rest can be made in instalments.
The retreat will be hosted in a gorgeous 2 bedroom cottage in the Peak District National Park in Derbyshire.
Included in the fee is the full 4 month experience, inclusive of the bespoke retreat, which will be built specifically to your vision, needs + focus of the space.
What is not included is travel to or from the venue or travel insurance.
