Your Bite Response + Your Nervous System
Have you ever noticed how often you clench your jaw and grit your teeth?
This is a sign that your Nervous System has switched into a stress response, that it’s on alert and bracing for impact and in essence ready to fight + bite.
I like to call it the bite response because in our Primal/Animal Body, which is the part of our system that is honed for survival, the bite response is a way that your body is communicating with you that its ready for action and ready to fight, that it is on alert and in a heightened state.
Noticing how your body is responding is a good point of reference to where your nervous system is at; are you walking around in Life constantly clenched and braced for what is next?
If so, your body is presenting information to you that you are living in a state of survival.
The thing is, most Women these days are walking around in this state + it can be really tricky to shift out of it if its become a chronic state of living in survival.
And living in this state is exhausting + it is depleting of your Life Force.
Because being in this state constantly means you are quite literally only focused on your survival + just getting by and that is no way to live.
The Truth is, you deserve to walk through Life from a state of thriving, you deserve to know what it feels like to feel True safety in your Body + not to just be getting by day to day hoping it eases and gets better on its own.
Safety is not the absence of the twists and turns of LIfe, it is cultivating the tools and resources to stay present to what you are experiencing without overwhelming your system to the point of collapsing into survival.
And this is where I am inviting one Woman to Journey, we will embark on a bespoke Journey in which we will explore how the survival mechanism is living in your body and use a number of tools and techniques that you can integrate into your life
I have space for one Woman who is feeling called to explore this from the foundations up, a Woman who is ready to create sustainable and lasting change in Her body to switch from constantly living from survival to living in a space of thriving.
We will explore what your current reality is and create a pathway for you to support and tend to your body and nervous system that allows the foundations for your ability to thrive to take place.
This is a sustainable pathway of bringing about a more resourced Nervous System into your reality which will enable you to feel more resourced as well as being able to access new potentials and possibilities for your Life (because when you are living from survival your view of the options and opportunities available to you shrinks, because you cannot see them due to the heightened state your body is in).
When you tend to your Nervous System, Life begins to open up as you have more capacity to receive more aligned opportunities + possibilities.
Within this Journey we will explore any past versions of you that may still be frozen in survival (for example your Inner Child or your Inner Teen). Along with any patterns + beliefs systems that may be keeping you in survival.
