Welcome to the Embodied Medicine Facilitator Training.

This Training is rooted in your Embodied Experience, because this is where real Facilitation lives; from your body, from your medicine, from your soul, from your lived experience.

More + more Women are awakening to the Wisdom that the Body holds + with that comes a need for more Women who are ready to guide and walk beside Women as they re-connect with the Power + Wisdom that a Woman’s body holds.

This training offers you that skillset, whilst also awakening the deep current of wisdom that only you are here to serve.

There is no other training like this out there, because what we are awakening through this training is your Medicine + your Transmission of Feminine Embodiment through your own lived experiences + the Feminine Embodiment teachings, because this is how you become a potent guide + mentor for your clients.

It is also the gateway to thriving in your life.

This training is rooted in the slow, steady & sustainable approach to facilitation and transformation, the kind that sticks.

This 12 month Facilitator Training will enable you to Mentor the Women in your world to come into deeper relationship, connection + safety within themselves + in turn, Life; how they move through Life, how they make choices in Life + how they respond to Life, how they expand through Life.

This training is devoted to you becoming the Midwife in your clients + your own Life as you walk beside them as they transform the Pain into their Power.

You will learn how to Facilitate transformation through the embodiment process in a well held and transformative way, as well as awaken into your own unique Medicine that you are here to serve.

  • With any Embodiment Training, you the Facilitator go first.

    You are here to Unearth your Medicine within the teachings on this training.

    You will be journeying through your own terrain and process during our time together, which will inform your own unique expression + medicine of the teachings,

    This is why 1:1 Mentorship is included in the training, as well as the Telegram Group Chat so that we can connect between sessions + I can guide you deeper into your own Embodied Transformation during our time together.

    Through the journey + teachings of the training you will have the lived experience of how powerful + transformative this work is because you will see how if has impacted your life, your relationship to life + what it is be walk through life as a Woman embodied + connected to Her Wisdom + Power.

    This training will also give you the tools to ensure you are a strong space holder + facilitator with guidance + skills to ensure you meet your clients in integrity, with boundaries, that you don’t fall into rescuing your clients, it will give you the resources to meet difficult situations from a space of resourced clarity, it will give you the tools + the confidence to run your business in a way that is true + in integrity with your very essence.

  • To successfully complete the training you will be required to complete 60 hours of case studies; inclusive of 121 work + group work, this can be either online, in person or a mix of both.
    This may look like holding regular embodiment circles focused on specific topics, 121 sessions with a number of women where you guide them through their own embodied awakening, as well as incorporating the teachings into sessions you may already run (this is an invitation to get creative).


    You will have one year to complete these Case Studies from the end of the training to complete.


    Personal practice + self study will make up the remainder of the hours required to complete the training.

    You will also be required to attend 80% of the online training live, all calls are recorded and they are yours to keep and come back to, however attending 80% of the training live will support you in your own personal process + facilitation of the teachings.

    There will be ongoing support for the year after for any questions regarding Case Studies.

    During the training there will be 4 mini practicums based on certain aspects of the curriculum that inspires you.

  • To get your certification you need to attend 80% of the sessions live, all the calls are recorded and yours to keep forever, however being live for 80% of the online sessions is the requirement to pass the training and receive your certification + most importantly, it will be the most supportive for your embodied experiencing and learning, your personal journey + the potency of your facilitation.

    True Embodied Facilitation cannot be learned in a weekend.

    Embodiment is the slow drop into your body, and as you go first when it comes to becoming a Facilitator of Embodiment, you require not only space for your own experience to land the teachings in your body, you also require the lived experience of what your clients may come up against in their own process of embodiment, this training is for those that want to lead in the embodiment space from a space of integrity rather than just to get the qualification.

    We need more Leaders in the field who are truly ready to devote time + energy to curate mastery in the land of body + embodiment.

    If you are not willing + ready to commit to yourself, the work, the process, my spaces are not for you.

  • Yes, this training is accredited by International Compliance Assurance for Holistic Practitioners (ICAHP).

  • This work is based on over a decade of training, study + personal evolution; my skillset, knowledge, wisdom + capacity to hold + guide you in the depths of your journey is reflected in the price.

    The price point is as it is, as energetically you will show up differently + receive so much more from the mentorship if you are investing seriously in yourself.

    I also choose to keep the numbers of the trainings at 6 women maximum to ensure you receive the most bespoke experience, it is also to ensure you have my full presence and focus during our time together, to make sure that is possible, the price point has to reflect that.
